No—we don’t specialize in just one function. Our founder’s broad and deep experience working within CPG organizations has provided exposure to all major areas of the business. That foundation allows us to confidently and intelligently recruit across functions.

We start every search with a detailed intake call involving the hiring manager and key decision-makers to ensure alignment on the role, priorities, and success criteria. From there, we launch the search using a combination of our proprietary database, a deep network of vetted CPG talent, and multiple sourcing tools to drive targeted outreach.
On average, we present at least two qualified candidates within five days of kickoff. All candidates are fully vetted, written up, and shared with the hiring team promptly, with interviews scheduled as soon as there’s alignment.
To keep momentum and alignment, we hold 30-minute weekly check-in calls with the hiring team. You’ll also have access to a shared portal that provides real-time visibility into active candidates and their status throughout the process.
